Rare Vintage Carlton Ware Green Lettuce Leaf Serving Dish, Handpainted, from the 1940's-1950's

This is a Long platter/serving dish/bowl from the Carlton Ware's salad ware range. It is a part of the renown Lettuce-and-Tomato (or "Cabbage-and-Tomato") series. Made in high style design of the Art Nouveau era. Pale Green embossed Lettuce Leaf with Tomato majolica style decoration. Hand painted and made in England "Trade Mark" mould #2096/2. Measures approximately 10 1/2" long and about 6" wide. This dish is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or stains. Lovely decorative and collectible piece! Decorative mango not included.
