Royal Doulton Four Piece Bunnykins Child's Serving Set, English Fine Bone China, C.1950s.

The Bunnykins dinnerware range was first produced during 1937 and was gifted to the royal children. As the royal children were eating from their Bunnykins fine china, mothers around the world began going crazy for these special little dinnerware sets for their own children.

The set consists of 4 pieces:
1 cup;
1 saucer;
1 bread and butter plate;
1 salad plate.

The cup has a Cowboys and Indians design and stands 3" tall.
The saucer features a Space Rocket Launch, designed by Walter Hayward and introduced in 1967.
The bread and butter plate has a Flying Kites design and is 6 5/8" in diameter.
The salad plate has a hard to find "Toast For Tea To-Day" pattern, produced between 1954 and 1958. The plate is 7 1/2" in diameter.

All pieces are in very good condition with no chips or cracks, there is some wear on the 7" plate, consistent with age (see photos).
